Album

The moon is pretty much my place of peace, whether its a room or my mind. Its really your own personal space. It could be interpreted any different way. I didnt wanna have it so literal. I want kids to interpret it and find their own moon in their world. Kid Cudi via HipHopDX. Featuring Billy Cravens, Common, Kanye West & 4 more. Producers Crada, Crookers, Dot Da Genius & 11 more. Writers Alain Whyte, Andy McCluskey, Brandon Melancon & 35 more. Additional Vocals Andrew VanWyngarden, Ben Goldwasser, Common & 1 more. Man on the Moon: The End of Day is the debut studio album by American rapper Kid Cudi. It was released on September 15, 2009, through Dream On and GOOD Music, and distributed by Universal Motown Records. A concept album, narrated by fellow American rapper Common, it follows the release of his first mixtape A Kid Named Cudi 2008. Production was handled by several record producers, including Cudi, Kanye West, Emile Haynie, Plain Pat, No I. Dot da Genius and Jeff Bhasker, among others. Man On The Moon: The End Of Day - Kid Cudi. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей коллекцией. Kid Cudis 2009 debut album, 'Man on the Moon: End of the Day,' influenced an entire generation of artists. Centered around his breakthrough hit, Day N. Sonically, the album takes its cues from new wave and New Romantic bands, techno, and ambient music. The contributions of Ratatat and MGMT further dissolve the boundaries between electronica, modern rock and hip-hop. The album adopts a somber tone throughout. honestly a terrific album. there isnt too much depth to cudi's lyrics, and the beats get slightly repetitive, but there is so much emotion is his voice and his singing is parallel to his rapping. the epitome of chill albums, this would be a great album to study to or ust hang out with this playing. psychedelic hip hop at its best. although, kanye and common contributed to the worst song on this LP, the lady gaga sample was a little hard to listen to. however, pursuit of. read more. Reflecting back in a time where Kid Cudi is just starting to get back on his feet, Man on the Moon: The End of Day showed a simpler time for the Cleveland-raised rapper. Day n Nite - Kid Cudi Man On the Moon - The End of Day - DJ Redo. Cudi co-wrote several tracks on 808s most notably guesting on Welcome to Heartbreak, and combined with hits in Drake's Best I Ever Had and Cudi's own Day 'N' Nite, the commercial resiliency of that album proved that fad or not, this sadsack backpack stuff is here to stay. But whereas 808s was a record about a very public figure attempting a retreat he'd be incapable of sustaining, Man on the Moon uses quotidian, lonely stoner turmoil as a means of introduction. Now, I still check for Atmosphere projects and I've got a function. A concept album, it follows the release of his first mixtape A Kid Named Cudi 2008. Production for the album took place during 2007 to 2009 and was handled by several record producers, including Cudi, Kanye West, Emile Haynie, Plain Pat, No I. Dot da Genius, and Jeff Bhasker, among others. Man on the Moon: The End of Day spawned three singlesDay 'n' Nite, Make Her Say and Pursuit of Happinessthat attained chart success, including the former, which became a US platinum-certified hit single. To Discover more music, concerts, videos, and pictu. Tuesday 24 December 2019. If you though Kid Cudi's was just an one-hit wonder because of Day N' Nite you were wrong, most the songs on this album are much better. Lyrically, the album loses a tad of momentum. Cudi is obviously not a master of rhymes, but his true talent lies in connecting with listeners through the subject matters of his verses. Hip-Hop music relies not on the vocal talent of the artist the artist is essentially talking, after all, but on the ability to communicate meaning to the patron
